Day Camp
for the Dogs who prefer to work over group play. 

Just like people, every dog has a unique personality, energy level, and social style.   Many dogs do not thrive or enjoy large group style of play.

That's why Yakima Canine Club offers our Day Camp service ($49).  Day Camp is catered to individualized enrichment activities such as treadmills, scent space, agility work, tricks and more.    There can be some small group play (if dog is eligible) when personalities fit.

Who is the ideal candidate for Day Camp?  

• Dog who might be reactive to other dogs

• Working breeds who prefer to "work" vs play

• Dogs who have a tough time self-regulating and get too overstimulated in group play

• Intact male dogs who are not eligible for group play

• Dogs who have "aged out" of group play but would like to be a part of the fun.

Our Day Camp program.  is designed to engage your dog's mind, body, and natural instincts through a variety of activities tailored to their individual needs. From scent work and confidence-building exercises to puzzle games, sensory experiences, and supervised social interactions, every day offers new opportunities to learn, explore, and have fun.
